It's our week folks! The 2019 Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week is finally here!
Governor Sununu has proclaimed April 14th-20th as Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week here in New Hampshire!
ACOs are often a forgotten member of law enforcement, who perform a special duty to protect not only the people, as police officers do, but the animals of their respective municipalities.
It's so very touching to see this being done by our Governor, a well known animal advocate.
Below is a look back on some of the things our members have done around the state.
